            Coconuts sustain civilization.  The following collection of scientific data can be shared by those willing to hear. Families who want to heal the sick cannot ignore the benefits of coconut oil. . It is suitable for human consumption just the way it is. Coconut oil is essential to prevent diabetes

            Insulin is a powerful hormone. “Primarily it pushes glucose out of the blood into the muscle, where it is converted to energy. It plays a critical role in blood sugar balance, weight management, and many other health factors. When blood sugar goes up, the pancreas releases insulin to deal with the sugar, but it often overreacts by releasing too much insulin. Then blood sugar goes down, often way down, and so more carbs are craved to bring it up again. And then the pancreas releases more insulin to deal with the carbs eaten – and on it goes in a vicious cycle.

            Listen to this case study. “I am an RN, with a bachelor’s in nursing, masters in psych, and am finishing my doctorate in holistic health science. I have followed the path of diabetes through all the stages. I take 20-30 supplements a day, some to lower my blood sugar and others for antioxidants.
